Press Release Summary: Partner Program Maximizes Integrator Success for Focus Enhancements' Media Asset Management and Digital Signage Solutions
Press Release Body: LAS VEGAS, NV (InfoComm 08) - June 10, 2008 -- Focus Enhancements Inc (NASDAQ: FCSE), a worldwide leader in media management and ultra wideband (UWB) wireless technology, today announced that they are looking to add best-of-class system integrators to the company's Platinum Partner Program at InfoComm 2008. In particular, Focus Enhancements will be actively recruiting integrators with deep AV and IT experience in Media Asset Management (MAM) and extensive archive configuration knowledge.
First launched a year ago at InfoComm 2007, Focus Enhancements' Platinum Partner Program now boasts more than 30 leading system integrators. The program features exclusive pre- and post-sales benefits, including dedicated technical support, access to a variety of sales and marketing resources, strategic account management, and joint selling and referrals - all designed to maximize system integrator success. Enhanced training programs ensure that each platinum partner has a well-rounded understanding on how Focus Enhancements' solutions fit into their customers' applications.
"In today's digital world, enterprise customers need to address the growing challenge of how to best manage, safeguard, and leverage their media assets. By combining our leading portfolio of HD and SD media management solutions with an elite group of expert integrators, we can ensure that our customers receive maximum value from their Focus Enhancements solution, as well as enjoy a faster return on investment," said Joe Walsh, VP of Channel Sales for Focus Enhancements. "By backing our integrators with a strong channel program, we're providing them the tools they need to grow their business and increase their closure rate."
In addition, InfoComm recently approved Focus Enhancements to offer renewal units (RUs) toward InfoComm's Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) certifications. InfoComm's general and specialized certifications have become a highly respected industry credential, and more than 9,000 integration professionals have earned the CTS mark of excellence. Specialists must acquire 30 RUs to attain their CTS standing, and certifications must be renewed every 3 years. Focus Enhancements will offer workshops and seminars on media asset management installation and design, as well as production studio metadata workflow management.
Focus Enhancements' increased recruitment efforts for its Platinum Partner Program coincide with the recent launch of several key additions to its lineup of media acquisition, media management, and digital signage solutions, including:
